My last visit to this FBO was a year ago, it was a good experience. When I returned over the 4th of July holiday unannounced I found the ramp service excellent and was surprised when I went inside and the person behind the desk remembered my name. During my visit a storm approached the airport and I received a call asking me if it would be okay to move my plane into a hangar. This FBO in my opinion is Great! Not only do they treat you right they go out of their way to take care of your equipment. I will go back again!

I highly recommend this FBO. I fly a 201 Mooney and the staff at this FBO went above and beyond to give me the royal treatment. I felt like I was a Gulfstream pilot before I left.

I highly recommend this FBO! The FBO gets mainly jet traffic but we stopped here in March and stayed for almost a month with three other coworkers with our 172s. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. They were very professional. All four of us got along really well with the front desk staff and really enjoyed our time while we were there. I seriously do not have any complaints and recommend this place without hesitation.

Don't stop at TAC Air unless you intend to buy something. My son stopped there in our Grumman Traveler in September to drop off a friend on his way home from school and he was pursued onto the ramp and told to come back inside and pay a landing fee of $10.00. I'm sure that is chump change for a place like that but it didn't make us feel very welcome especially since there was no notice of landing or facility fees. When traveling in my twin, I will ususally stop at an FBO without fees given a choice, even when I intend to buy fuel. I just resent being told that I'm not welcome unless I am there to buy something. Furthermore, fees give reason to doubt the movitation for good service.

Had a GREAT experience with TAC Air at SUS. Very friendly and professional service. We were parked by a lineman on the front row, he brought us a baggage cart and he brought our rental car up to the front door. Felt like we were pulling up in a Gulfstream V even though we were in an Apache! Fuel prices were competitive with the other "executive" services folks at SUS PLUS no tie down fee for 3 night RON! On departure, lineman again, handled our luggage out to the plane. Very pleasant experience for my family and me. Thanks for the fast and friendly service! Won't hesitate to use TAC Air on my next trip to SUS! Thanks again!

Stopped at TAC Air on June 8 in a PC12 to pick up a passenger. Intended to only be on the ground 10 minutes. I will never use TAC Air SUS again. They charged us $125 handling fee. Nobody even came out when we parked so there was no handling. To waive the handling fee we purchased fuel, which was of course the most expensive on the field. Our quick pick up ended up taking over 30 minutes. It seems like TAC Air at any airport in the country is only interested in how much money they can take from the customer. Response from Phil Bissonnette, Vice President - Ramp and Charter, TAC Air TAC Air's policy is to encourage users of the facility to purchase a product or service during a visit. I personally met with the above PC-12 visitor to discuss the facility use fee situation. The visitor stated they didn't feel they should pay fees, as they "didn't use anything." I pointed out the costs incurred by the multi-million dollar concrete ramp leasehold, the terminal building, the labor for having his airplane met and passengers taken care of. Also, note the facility use fee for a PC12 is $50.00, and is waived with a 30-gallon purchase.
