I was in Susanville overnight, arriving after dark. I found the FBO open and a few minutes later the owner was there and offered the use of the crew car. Very friendly and helpful folks. I highly recommend Susanville Aviation.

I was in town for the Bizz Johnson Marathon. The FBO was helpful is allowing me the use of a crew car for my entire stay.. Very much appreciated. The car was brought out to me when I taxied into the ramp parking spot...Wow, just like a big city FBO bringing out the rental car! Airplane was fueled when I was gone just as I ordered, and there was no tiedown fee. The on-airport security seems to be the "ramp dog" :-) Not sure whom it belongs to at the FBO, but when I taxied in, or departed or arrived with the crew car, the airport pooch was there to make sure I am properly credentialed!

Left my plane here during the Reno Air Races. Nice airport, lots of parking, great people. I was tied down for 3 days but since I bought fuel there was no tie down fee.

We stopped recently in our RV-6 while en route from Seattle to Las Vegas. Ed, Steve, and Angela were super helpful, and the FBO has a nice small town feel to it. The crew car did the job, and the town itself was a nice overnight stop. There is plenty of parking on the ramp. 100LL was a little pricey (full serve), but I don't mind that when you are supporting a good, friendly FBO in a small town. Susanville makes a nice stop if you are in the area.

Had to divert into Susanville on my way to Eagle Lake because of bad weather. Real nice bunch of folks at the FBO. Offered me their car to get up to our escape house, but did not need it as a friend was on his way to pick us up. Great service on fuel, though the price was quite a bit more than I was used to paying. Glad they were there though! Thanks for the service.
