Pacific Aviation is as good as it gets. The treatment there is excellent and almost embarrassing on how well they treat you. The facilities have all you will need, the restaurant has great food, the personnel treats you quite well and special mention to David and Jasmine for the extra special attention. Look no further that Pacific Aviation and KSWF when you possible cam - it is worth driving the extra miles.

I bet you won't find any other FBO received so many exceptional recommendations from customers in a short period of time, or ever. If you haven't been there yet, what are you waiting for? I know I've made a comment before, but, boy those pancakes are great! And, as always, "Feel Good Crew of Pacific" makes you feel glad you made a stop there. I am ready for another stack. Are you?

The positive comments about Pacific are right on. I recently spent a day there with a C182 and am truly impressed with the facilities and more importantly, the customer service. The lineman was there to meet me, escort provided to/from the aircraft, the folks at the desk knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was first class, comfortable and private, and the flight planning tools just what a pilot needs. Great place and highly recommended. Fuel prices very reasonable and the Bistro a very nice touch.

We flew into Stewart on May 25, 2008 to attend a High School graduation. The people at Pacific Aviation were FIRST CLASS. Great service, excellent facility, great fuel prices. We'll definitely be back!

An unplanned weather diversion ended well: a smiling lineman greeted our Skyhawk and helped with bags; the FBO manager arranged an Enterprise car and pointed us to hotels. The next morning, our plane was fueled, bill ready, and fee waived. The facility is very clean and comfortable.

I was forced to divert to Stewart (SWF) on a Sunday night when un-forecasted low clouds weathered in my home airport (DXR). I arrived at approx. 10 pm and the two line guys, Dennis and Charlie couldn't do enough for me. Luckily I was able to arrange a ride from my son, but they were ready to get me a rental car if need be. They also took care of my single engine Cessna for two days until I was able to pick it up on Tuesday. Great FBO with friendly helpful employees.

Stopped in today to sample the Bistro, which I had heard was great. Unfortunately it was closed on Sundays. However I experienced the most courteous and exceptional service I have ever received in quite some time! My flying takes me to many different FBOs up and down the East Coast, in many fancy aircraft. Today I was in my own PA-12, yet the service rendered me by John, the lineman, and Nicole the lady behind the desk, was as if I had flown in in a G-4. Kudos to these fine folks!

I've used Pacific Aviation several times recently. The staff at Pacific is courteous and professional. The rental car was waiting for my passengers with no hassle. Jet A pricing @ 5.31 per gallon with prist are reasonable. The food at the onsite Bistro was great.

GREAT PLACE TO FLY TO FOR FOOD! Our latest trip to find a new place for lunch was on a recent beautiful sunny day. On this particular day, we took the twin to Stewart. After you are on the ground you taxi past some pretty big hangars, where huge transport plane's tails can be seen sticking out of the ends of the hangars. We then taxied to Pacific Aviation, directed by a very friendly lineman. Once inside, you're offered homemade cookies & coffee while you fill out your fuel request. Around the corner from reception is a wonderful Bistro, & if you're having a meal there, we were told that the fuel bill would be decreased 10 cents per gal - a novel idea & nice surprise. Lunch was fantastic. Portions were large. Menu was varied & intriguing. Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere was very nice & staff was so friendly. We paid our bill, and then were ushered to the taxiways by the same friendly lineman. The whole experience reconfirms the "need" to fly to lunch.

This is a GREAT airport/FBO. My wife and I flew in for lunch at The Bistro. Food was excellent!!!, FBO personell were courteous, professional, and very friendly. This is a highly recommended stop for the $100 hamburger, and they give a $.10/ gal discount on fuel if you eat at the Bistro.

I stopped at Pacific Air briefly last fall to drop off my college bound son for his ride North. After the short flight I needed no fuel, but no matter. Notice how the words "treated like royalty" keeps popping up in people's comments about Pacific Air. I wasn't going to spend a dime, yet I too was treated like royalty. They gave me a tour of the facility (they are and should be proud of it) offered me coffee, food.... Etc. They are really professionals, making everyone feel at home. Do not hesitate to stop here if you are in the area. Pacific Air is one of the best FBOs I've ever used. Herb Kushner, RV-4, 47N

I often fly up and visit Bistro restaurant at Pacific Aviation. One day after lunch, I found my left engine starter failed to start. Though, my plane was stuck there for a few days, they took very good care of my plane and fixed the problem. Mark, the owner, runs a first class “customer caring” operation there. One of the best FBO I've ever dealt with. OK, I am on my way up there for another lunch special...Who's joining?

Upon landing, two linemen arrived as the prop stopped turning. In the office, two lovely ladies and the manager welcomed us with a smile. I requested not to overfill the tanks, request granted. In the Bistro Cafe, both the chef and waiter served our lunch! Seven people at our service. If you have never been to the Twilight Zone, stop at Pacific.

Had an unscheduled arrival at Stewart due to snow and ice. Big runway with an ILS in each direction. The people at Pacific were great. They put my plane into a large hangar. Upon returning to pick up the plane four days later, I was pleased to see that the total fees were only $10 per night (with one night waived due to fuel purchase). The fuel price was also competitive with smaller airports in this region. As another bonus, there is an excellent restaurant located in the same building as Pacific with great food at fair prices. Do not hesitate to use this facility. Great airport, wonderful FBO and a super restaurant.

I attended a wedding at West Point this past weekend and used Pacific Aviation for the first time. They were terrific. A lineman met us at the airplane and helped us with our bags. The FBO itself is very nicely decorated, has a comfortable waiting area with lots of chairs, a pilot lounge and even a couple of crew rest rooms if you get stuck. All of the people were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Pacific will be my FBO of choice next time I'm at Stewart. I recommend it to you.

Very good experience with Pacific Aviation. Greeted promptly from the linemen. Carried our luggage from the plane to the rental car. Gal inside got the rental car within 10 minutes without prior reservation. Upon departure lineman carried luggage back to the plane and fueled promptly. In addition returned the rental car. Will definitely be back.

From Jim Ninomiya on 27-Aug-2007
Excellent line service. Brought up my rental car and helped with luggage and directions. Great facility, with a real restaurant on site that beats the vast majority of airport greasy spoons. It may not have the glitz and chrome that seems to be the current trend in FBO facilities, but is does have all of the amenities with outstanding service and customer care.

From Henry Neimark on 17-Jul-2007
Pacific FBO is spacious, stylish, friendly, professional, and helpful. The attached eatery (CAFE BISTRO) is run by a trained professional chef and the quality of the food shows it. Open daily from 0600 to 1700.

From Mike Marra on 26-May-2007
Pacific Aviation is one of the finest FBO's in America! I flew there for the West Point graduation and was treated like royalty. From the line service men, to the folks at the desk, to the helpful gals who answer the phone, the FBO is FIRST CLASS all the way. Of note: Mr. Able Hernandez, of the managers, actually drove us to the West Point graduation and waited for the entire event to conclude so he could drive us back to our aircraft - amazing! Additionally, the Bistro Cafe is superb! Wonderful service and excellent food at fair prices. This FBO experience was the best I have ever had in 30 years of general aviation. Thank you Pacific Aviation!
