In and out on 9/2/11 and 9/5/11 and received same good treatment both times. The FBO office has two weather computers, and the terminal is nicely appointed and clean with a nice, cool, and quiet pilot's lounge. Recommended.

Flew in, in late January 2011 for RON. Good fuel prices for towered airport. Good service. Would recommend this FBO.

Very disappointed in the service. I didn't need much fuel but thought I should buy some. I asked for 7 gallons per side. When the line guy came in he said he blew fuel all over the wing because he wasn't watching and it wouldn't hold 7 gallons. His only other response was "not my problem". Gee, how about looking what you are doing? I won't be back again...EVER.

Arrived to deliver my daughter to OSU's Cowboy Camp and was met at the line by Tim with his golf cart at the ready. Used their car to go into town and could not have had better help with directions and service for my A-36. I will be coming here for the next 4 years and looking forward to their great service.

Came to SWO on business found staff to be more than accommodating. Fuel prices more than reasonable for an airport this size. Overall, Great Experience!!
