Nothing wrong here. If you're here within business hours, the FBO is fine. Restrooms, couches, someone to talk to. Vending machines. I don't think they have a crew car, but could be wrong. If you're there after hours, the doors will be locked. Plenty of space to take a leak, but no privacy or walls to hide behind. Self-serve fuel is a massive new rig, but easy to understand with clear instructions posted.

Response from Eric E. Barnum, President, Crow Executive Air, Inc.
TDZ has recently added the self-service fuel component to properly serve airport users 24/7. As part of that transition the lobby area, including all rest room facilities, pilots lounge, flight planning, popcorn and coffee are accessible by an easily remembered access door keypad. Signage for access is prominently displayed on both lobby doors. NO need to look for a bush! Thank you for the other nice comments.

I gave the Crow guys a call two hours before arrival since the family decided to go see a Mudhens's game on short notice. Since it was going to be a late game, I inquired about after hours entry, and my concerns were quickly eased. Arrival was easy, and we taxied to park on our own. A brief min or two after shutdown we were greeted by a line guy asking if we needed fuel. While I read the accounts of previous individuals who flew in here only to receive below par service, I have no complaints. It was even easy to grab an Uber to/from the ballpark from here.

Never a problem coming into Crowe, but like the other fella said, often sparse service. Doesn't affect me, I never need fuel or a car or anything. Most I ever need at TDZ is a restroom and if they're closed, there is plenty of lawn to take care of business. When someone is nearby, though, he's always quick to bring chocks out.
