Flew in today only to discover Orville's is out of business. A great loss for aviation and the community.

Great item on the menu for a cool day - Seafood Bisque! Talked to the chef in person - they usually run out before the end of lunch, so get there early. Had it today and it was superb! Worth the trip from Carlisle just for the bisque! Well done.

Keystone Flight comes here all the time -- you have to try the crab soup now that you have tasted the apple pie! It's so good; they usually run out by 1130! Keep up the great work!

After reading all the compliments on the Apple Pie my wife and I decided to make the trip and see for ourselves! The airport has a wide open approach, friendly people and a great restaurant. Bring wheel chocks because I didn't see any and there is a bit of a slope in the parking area. Enjoy!

EAA Chapter 240 flew into York yesterday for breakfast at Orville's. As usual the staff seated (all 19 of us) promptly, and all together, moving tables to accommodate the large group. The food was of its usual high standard, served by the very pleasant and helpful staff. Thanks to all. MP

Great fly-in restaurant! Try the apple pie - outstanding! Good service, prices, and open most of the time. Highly recommended.

To say this place is a popular Sunday breakfast spot would be a huge under statement. My wife and I flew in just for breakfast. The food is great and reasonably priced (however the flight cost $200). You park your plane next to the restaurant; so you can look out the window and watch them fuel the plane while you eat. The only thing that would make it more fun would be having them pipe in the CTAF over the sound system.

Orville's is a friendly restaurant with good food and modest prices. Great, airport for a Sunday breakfast stop.

Flew in Friday morning for a cup a coffee. A very busy airport. I parked and tied down in the tiedown area with a big "R" which I assumed were for the restaurant. I told the waitress that all I wanted was coffee. She said "Come in find a seat" I came in, sat down, had a good cup in 30 seconds. No landing fee.
