I planned a last-minute flight from Houston to Titusville to watch STS-132. I called Space Coast from Houston to arrange for a rental car. I told Annette (the lady with the British accent) that I plan to arrive around 0130. She said she’d wait for me. Well, I didn't arrive until 0400 and there she was outside guiding me to my parking spot. She was very kind, despite the fact that she had to wait an additional 2-1/2 hours due to my poor planning. While filling out paperwork, she asked me if I had a hotel reserved already and politely informed me that all the hotels in the area were booked. When I admitted I didn't have a reservation, she offered me a guest room. She even had a hot cup of coffee waiting for me in the morning. Talk about Customer Service! And when I returned after seeing the launch, my plane was already re-fueled and ready for my return to Houston. Thank you Annette!

Thank you very much to the lady with the English accent for being so accommodating. Miss Annette was waiting for us when we arrived, well after closing time, and had a rental car waiting for us and ready to go. We chose Space Coast Jet Center based on comments on this site and will use it again next time we are in the area. I predict a Disney trip soon for our young children so expect KTIX to be our first choice of VFR airports. When we left, the plane had been refueled as requested.

Treated us nice when we came in for five days for Shuttle Launch. Arranged rental car for us. Had completely different experience with lady with English accent. Treated us well.

Thank you Space Coast. We refueled early on 12/28/2009 and left without saying thank you. Nice people, good fuel price and the Outer Marker next door is a great place to eat.

The folks at Space Coast Jet Center are EXCELLENT and VERY HELPFUL. We made our first trip down to see a Shuttle launch, and they made our trip workable, from changing schedules, to arranging a rental car, to staying late for us, to help with the tie downs and getting us going. Great southern hospitality...We'll definitely be back, and enthusiastically recommend doing business here.

Flew in a few weeks ago in a C310 and I was very pleased with the service. My boss demands the best wherever we go and Annette helped keep him happy! Annette was very helpful and allowed us the use of her courtesy vehicle for an hour or so. We will be back soon....

I have used Space Coast Jet Center for almost three years. Annette will meet you after normal closing time to rent you a car, and stay late to accommodate an evening departure. They have never charged an after-hours fee for this great service, so have the courtesy to update your arrival time by cell phone when able, and buy some gas so they can make a dollar on the deal. Nice people with a customer service attitude.

You can't have a better FBO experience than at Space Coast Jet Center! I arrived for the Atlantis STS 125 launch and can't say enough about the hospitality of these folks. Annette goes out of her way to be an "ambassador" for Titusville helping with accommodations, transportation and advice. Great service, good facilities, reasonable charges and genuinely nice people.
