We arrived about 6pm and were greeted with a friendly Hello and quickly offered a nice cold water. Everyone was very friendly, professional and took care of all of our needs/wants. We flew in on a Friday to depart late Saturday. The airport was very busy with LOTS of arrivals on Saturday morning, which I don't think is very common but there was a big college football game that day (that's why we were there) and lots of planes were coming in at the last minute for the game. Customer Service Rep, Janine Smith was working the counter all morning by herself. It was like watching an air traffic controller work the radios, she had planes coming in, customer requests, fuel orders and many more things going on. Not only did she manage everything very smoothly but she still maintained a professional attitude and greeted everyone in person or on the phone with a friendly smile and great customer service. If you’re traveling to the Dallas area, you need to stop here.

Thanks for the great service! They even give a $0.75/gal discount on Saturday/Sunday fuel and waived the overnight ramp fee. Great stop for a weekend trip to Dallas!

Very prompt and attentive service provided by the staff, and especially by Janine -- great transportation air-side and land-side, aircraft spotting (manually, when the towbar didn't fit my oversized tailwheel), water, snacks, restaurant recommendations, rental car and hotel arrangements. Great stop.

Great service and overall experience at Cutter earlier this week. Jimmy met us when we landed with the rental car and helped with baggage. Everything happened exactly as it was supposed to - no surprises. Our second time at Cutter in McKinney - we'll be back!

Needed an oil filter on a Saturday at lunch and Calvin Martin stopped eating his lunch and went into the shop and got me one. I know his lunch was cold when he got back to it, but I haven't been anywhere else with that type of service for just a filter. This is the second time I have been there and it won't be the last.

Our pleasant 20 days at KTKI were made possible by Cutter Aviation and their amazing service-oriented people. From the first moment of our arrival to the last fuel-up before departure, Cutter's staff was there as a helping hand. People like Jason, Patricia and Michelle I wish were with us wherever we base our aircraft. I really can't say enough good about our experience. Response to hangar calls and fuel calls was almost instantaneous. Power cart, portable air conditioning, oxygen service - it's all there. Even the hangar they gave us to use had an air-conditioned office attached with coffee maker and nice bathrooms. Everyone went out of their way to make our requests a reality. I hope that future travels put my company and me on their ramp again.

Outstanding fast and friendly service. In and out twice over the July 4 weekend to pickup and then drop off pax. Very helpful and courteous. Could not ask for anything more. My airport and FBO of choice for the greater DFW area.

Great service. Line guys knew how to treat our guests. Janine got us a loaner car for lunch, ice, waters, etc. She couldn't do enough to make us feel welcomed. I look forward to coming back.

A wonderful FBO. Needed to off load some weight, given high density altitudes on our cross country from MA to CA. Janine Smith and Calvin Martin offered to ship my stuff to me and it all arrived within several days of my arrival in CA. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service offered. If ever in the area again, I definitely will stop at KTKI. Highly recommended.

This is a neat and convenient airport for Dallas. I usually fly into ADS but had to deviate to TKI as ADS was closed a week ago. While at TXK I faxed a request into Cutter Aviation at TKI and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities and outstanding service at Cutter Aviation - the rental car was waiting, and Janine made arrangements for us like we were family! Really made us feel welcome, with a great smile and wonderful humorous attitude! She got us a rental car, a hotel room with an upgrade, and special departure service the next morning at 05:30 am. She deserves high praise, and a raise! And the fuel is over a dollar less at TKI than at ADS! I will certainly return to Cutter (and Janine)!

Excellent FBO. Very friendly and helpful throughout the day. I got stuck here due to weather at 22:00, and they loaned me a car for the night and helped set up a hotel. Couldn't have been a better experience.

This FBO has great service! Kind and very courteous to us. They treat every customer with respect no mater what you fly in with. Laura went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Overall the staff was very professional and courteous to us. Can't say enough about the service. They are on my list of stops when I pass through.

Very nice service from Cutter. My Hertz rental car was brought directly to our (50+ year old) plane. The office and line service folks were friendly and helpful. I knew Cutter's avgas would be expensive, but a $.75/gal weekend discount brought it into the range of nearby airports. I'll certainly land at TKI again.

I used to love McKinney but not any more. Cutter gave me the impression that they have switched to a "Signature-like" business model. Parking for a Citation Mustang is $75/night. The desk folks were officious and would not even discuss how much jet-A I needed to buy at $6.19/gal to waive the parking fees (or even waive one night.) The line folks are super friendly and the facility is nice (though not spectacular.) I want FBOs to make money but Cutter seems focused on being among the most expensive stop in the area and that's too bad. Some of the friendliness, I remember in the past has evaporated as well. If I have a choice, I'll go elsewhere next time.

I flew to McKinney to take a very special young lady up for a sightseeing and aerial photography tour. Everyone at Cutter could not have possibly been more accommodating, nice or hospitable. The young lady and her mom were treated like royalty. If you have GA needs in the north Texas/north Dallas area, this is the airport and FBO you need to check out before any of the others. Easy, fast access to Dallas and a world-class FBO.

Made my first stop in McKinney this weekend and was extremely impressed by the staff at Cutter. Two linemen met me as I taxied in and directed me to a parking location, with my car waiting for me. Friendly folks, good facilities, and a nice planning room for last minute planning and weather brief. I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful FBO. Friendly courteous staff. For the first time ever, I got out of my airplane and walked 5 feet past my wing tip to get into my courtesy car which had the engine running. Made me feel like a rock star. Way to go Cutter!

Visited from 9/3-9/6. Other than the Enterprise rental car, everything else was fine. They offer a 75-cent discount on 100LL on weekends. Tie down is $12 - one night waived with fuel. They have a nice facility, good popcorn, and friendly staff.

I have flown into TKI 4-5 times now and love stopping at Cutter. Line services were always available, rental car was always pulled up to the plane for the passenger, and while I waited in the lobby the staff was extremely friendly and always gave me a courtesy car and recommendation for food. They have nice computers, wi-fi, a lunchroom with vending machines, nice bathrooms, and a good "hangout" lounge for hours of mindless television watching. Will continue to use them while in McKinney.

Great service. They took care of all my aircraft needs and this made it a great trip. I travel for work. So if I don't have to worry about the plane, it makes my job easier. Thank you Cutter!

I unexpectedly landed here at night after experiencing an inflight electrical failure. I was immediately met by a lineman who moved my airplane to the maintenance shop next door and helped me leave a message and the keys for them. He also called a taxi for me to take me to a motel. The next day I returned and Cutter let me borrow a crew car at lunchtime. Wifi is available.

We landed at TKI, and taxied the Bonanza up to the Cutter FBO. A friendlier group of folks you will never find. They allowed us to use the crew car so that we could visit our Daughter and Grand Daughter. A great place to stop, and or stop over. Great line service, CLEAN restrooms! and friendly folks at the counter. On a scale of 1 - 10 they're a solid 12. I don't gripe about the cost of 100LL --- someone needs to pay for the fine service (S) and we use the service (S). The crew car was almost brand new!!! We will be back ---

The wonderful people at Cutter made my trip to Texas perfect. Got there and Danielle greeted us with a smile, a rental car, a recommendation for a great hotel and restaurant. All which were superb. Pete the line guy took excellent care even finding me an extension cord for my Tanis heater. I would recommend them to anyone flying in to Mc Kinney. I will be back for sure!!

Arrived Dec 17th, and found a premier facility with premier service. Thought I had a problem with my C-310, but a phone call to the mx supervisor, Charles, not only had the problem solved, but he had the integrity to explain the problem and check the a/c at no charge, when he could have charged a lot of money with a bogus maintanence bill. Kudos to him, and the company that has employees of his high caliber.

Have used Cutter/McKinney several times, a very professional bunch operating a clean, modern facility. My latest stop featured the passing of some nasty convective activity and the optional overnight hangar space at $25 for a single seemed quite reasonable. Plus, finding the old BE36 parked just outside the door when I arrived for scheduled departure made me feel like a Gulfstream driver.
