Tampa Jet's customer service is top notch. Phil always greets me by name and my expectations are always exceeded. Even the housekeeping staff greets me with a smile and a hello! The big screen HDTV with cable, excellent coffee and courtesy cars is all a nice touch.

I'll be the first to dissent. Not a bad place, but light singles are not a priority. $28/night parking, 1st night waived then 1/2 off with fuel purchase. Instead of the minimum required (which I asked for) they topped me off at over $5 per gal. The facility is as nice as any other high-end FBO at a large airport. There are plenty of small FBOs servicing GA better.

Last time I went here they told me they were no longer CAA, but AirNav site still shows it as such. I do like the facility and staff, but the loss of CAA fuel discount may trump that.

Outstanding customer service - rental car delivered to my plane before I even shut down right through a courtesy follow-up call after I returned home. Clearly this FBO wants a reputation of making everything top-notch no matter whether the pilot flies a C150 or a Gulfstream. We need more FBOs like this.

Flew in late afternoon on Easter Sunday... When Denni (from marketing) overheard my sister having difficulty with "pre-arranged" ground transport with cruise/hotel, she Mapquested and set up in-house transport to save the day and reduce sister's stress - Thanks to Denni for a job well done and then more above and beyond! Tampa Jet Center will be our stop whenever in town due to such attention - THANKS!

Tampa Jet Center provided the best service I've ever had at an FBO. Piston Single Engine Ramp fee was waived with fuel purchase (11 gallons!!) and they didn't hesitate to offer us the crew car, even though we already had transportation. The facilities are well maintained and ground staff is extremely friendly. Thanks TJC

This is one of the best FBO's I've experienced in over 35 years of flying. It is modern, well staffed, and attentive to your every need. We stayed in Tampa last Saturday evening and emailed our arrival needs to Tampa Jet Center. Upon opening the door of our Aerostar under a massive portico, we were greeted by name by a most beautiful young lady who was a member of their front desk staff. We were provided gratuitous transportation in their van both to the Hyatt and the next morning, back to our airplane. This FBO is first rate and a class act.

This facility is exactly how others have described it, modern and clean. We arrived late in the evening in our Mooney over Thanksgiving weekend. ATC was friendly for class B. Easy to find the FBO on the field. Line staff was there to guide us under the canopy just like all the big jets. The counter staff arranged us a rental car, and boxed lunches from the in house catering department when we left. Obviously, this kind of service comes at a price. Fuel is expensive, and tie down is $25.00 per day for a single. First day is waived with a fuel purchase. Will use this FBO again.

Arrived in our Skylane April 8 and stayed three nights. Great service from helpful and friendly staff. These folks are used to taking care of their customers, a definate four star rating. The airport is heavy iron oriented with a steady stream of big boys. Just plan ahead, stay alert and keep your speed up on final; you'll get along with ATC just fine.

This is one of the very best FBO's in the country. The ladies' are all extremely helpful and courteous in addition to being beautiful. Linemen are also very good. Service is superb. I highly recommend them.

Tampa Jet Center offered one of the best FBO experiences I have had. Went for the Outback Bowl. They provided transportation to and from the game. Very professional. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase. Beautiful staff at desk.
