Great facility, great personal service. The manager of Bizjet personally transported my customer from Bizjet to passenger terminal. Entire staff was professional and fast. Our Kingair 350 was refueled before our passengers had finished their bathroom stops. Highly recommend.

Disorganization amongst the Bizjet staff as well as an unorthodox operating schedule led to the most frustrating and embarrassing FBO experience I can recall in 10 years of flying. We called ahead with our arrival information and requests for rental-car reservations and were told (by the FBO manager no less) that everything was in order. Upon taxing onto the ramp un-marshaled we found ourselves alone. Not only had our reservations not been made but also NO ONE was even on site!! Our 8 pax (principle included) stood in the sweltering heat while we raced to find or phone any of the staff. Two carloads of the owner’s family remained sitting outside the locked gate while we continued to search for signs of life. Finally got hold of a linesman who made no effort to rectify the situation and made me feel as if I was bothering him with my call. WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!! Go see Jonathan at Atlantic if you want professional and courteous service.

Exceptional customer service. Line crew very accommodating and Wendy went above and beyond. Wendy found a large SUV for us after hours on short notice, then when the rental company "inflated" the price of the vehicle, she volunteered and negotiated it back down to a reasonable level on her own accord. Everything was up and running upon our arrival. Our company will definitely be back to Bizjet.

A little out of the way behind some hangars, but a nice clean place to stop. We ate in the lunchroom and the lineperson walked our dog! Friendly and good prices!

We stopped by Bizjet yesterday in our Learjet 60 for an overnight stay. The FBO Services Manager, Wendy, was very helpful. Customer service was the best I've seen in quite a while. The line crew was prompt and helpful to our passengers and crew. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend Bizjet.

This place is amazing!!! Pulled up to the ramp and was greated by 2 very courteous and professional lineman. They greeted our passengers and asked if they could assist in any way. Wendy Carr, the FBO manager also came out and greeted the passengers and crew. After the pax were on their way, Wendy gave myself and my co captain a tour of the facilities and the keys to the crew car. She pointed us in the direction of Stutts BBQ which she recommended and off we went. This place was the some of the best BBQ I've had (believe me, I've had alot). We returned and when our pax arrived the great service continued up till the time we taxied out. It's easy to get lousy service, and getting good service is harder to find these days, but this was just a class act on the part of everyone we met at BIZJET. There are other FBO's at TUL and we have tried them all. This is the one that cause the others embarassment. Thanks to all of you and we will be back.
