On 12/16/11 we were so impressed with the quick turn refueling and service of Bizjet and Adam Wade who was working line service late that night. He professionally marshalled us in, pumped 747 gallons into our Citation XL, processed the paperwork, let us in to use the facilities and we were rolling again from stop to start was 17 minutes! All the while, he was professional, positive and helpful. For any cross country stop, TUL is hard to beat, and when you get there, consider Adam Wade and Bizjet for outstanding service!

We used Bizjet on a trip to Tulsa yesterday in the PC-12. Excellent service all around! The taxi was waiting on the ramp as promised, the facility was quite nice and the people were friendly and helpful. Best of all, they offered to beat even my contract fuel price by almost $0.50/gal. I will definitely use Bizjet on my next trip to Tulsa.

2 quick-turns in one day; fuel and GPU for the jet were well handled and prompt. Rental vehicle was ready and planeside. Line service and CSRs top-notch, and other BIZJET personnel friendly and courteous. Well done.

Stopped here for fuel and a bite to eat on a transcontinental trip. The linemen did a great job of parking and refueling. Very courteous and professional. On the other hand, the three customer service reps inside seemed out of sync with each other, leading to rather lengthy delays. It even took some time for them to decide who was going to open the ramp access door upon our return to the aircraft after lunch. For a quick turn at KTUL, I think I would stop elsewhere on the field.

I visit FBOs every day. BIZJET in KTUL has by far the best customer service I've seen in a long while. We had 2 rental cars for our customers and line guy Danny had them both pulled planeside before we even got out of the jet. Our passengers did not even have to go inside...He had the rental contracts laying on the hoods and ready to be signed. Wendy behind the front desk was also great and very helpful with directions for lunch! Pilot lounge was comfortable and quiet with leather seats. CAA fuel provider! To sum up...When we return to KTUL, we will go to BIZJET.

Great facility, great personal service. The manager of Bizjet personally transported my customer from Bizjet to passenger terminal. Entire staff was professional and fast. Our Kingair 350 was refueled before our passengers had finished their bathroom stops. Highly recommend.

Disorganization amongst the Bizjet staff as well as an unorthodox operating schedule led to the most frustrating and embarrassing FBO experience I can recall in 10 years of flying. We called ahead with our arrival information and requests for rental-car reservations and were told (by the FBO manager no less) that everything was in order. Upon taxing onto the ramp un-marshaled we found ourselves alone. Not only had our reservations not been made but also NO ONE was even on site!! Our 8 pax (principle included) stood in the sweltering heat while we raced to find or phone any of the staff. Two carloads of the owner’s family remained sitting outside the locked gate while we continued to search for signs of life. Finally got hold of a linesman who made no effort to rectify the situation and made me feel as if I was bothering him with my call. WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!! Go see Jonathan at Atlantic if you want professional and courteous service.

Exceptional customer service. Line crew very accommodating and Wendy went above and beyond. Wendy found a large SUV for us after hours on short notice, then when the rental company "inflated" the price of the vehicle, she volunteered and negotiated it back down to a reasonable level on her own accord. Everything was up and running upon our arrival. Our company will definitely be back to Bizjet.
