Overnighted in TUL due to winds. Bobby, the line tech, CSR, Concierge, and I think the bottle washer too was eager to assist us in making hotel plans and gave us a crew car for the night. Exceptional service including 37 gallons of their finest 100LL. GREAT FBO coupled with great service! Highly recommend!

Had to divert to TUL from SWO after being unable to gain fuel there. Sparks personnel were very helpful. I will be returning the next time I need fuel in the area.

Super-friendly people, who helped us find a motel with a good rate and lined up transportation to get us there. My only gripe was the parking on the ramp seemed awfully tight, given the space between the planes tied down and where they park their fuel trucks. Even in a 172, it seemed like we barely fit through, I don't know. Overall, I was very happy with our experience there.

I have visited Sparks Aviation on numerous occasions. They have always been very friendly and helpful. When overnighting, they have always put the Mooney inside without me even having to ask.

I flew into TUL Sep 30th and Oct 26th in my Mooney landing at sunset both times. The night shift had already taken the reigns, but I would like to comment on how courteous and helpful that DAVID was...both times in getting me a hotel at best rates, and getting me ground transportation to the hotel.

I agree with the comment about the FBO being confusing to locate, the parking area is out of place with no markings. Once I walked into the terminal I was immediately given an attitude by a line crew who had tried to wave me to a parking spot (I had not seen him and parked next to the only other airplanes parked in the vicinity). He asked , "You think I am just standing out there for my health?" I had no idea what he was referring to. Never apologized, not very friendly, not trying to win customers through customer service.
