Flew in on a Saturday at 7pm then flew out the next day at 2pm. Personnel was really friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and courteous. Overnight fee was a mere $5.00 and fuel prices reasonable ($3.98). I'll definitely be back. And they had popcorn! Thanks for everything fellas!

Harbour Air, is top notch. I've flown in many times in the past few years and every time I'm blown away by their hospitality and customer service attitude. One of the best I've ever been to. Will be returning again, very soon.

Flew in on Oct. 11 and departed on Oct. 12. The line guys on the 11th, Matt and Rob were just great! I didn't get the guys names on the 12th but they were great also! Harbour Air is definitely a great FBO. While you're in Traverse City, if you love a great breakfast, be sure to stop at Mabel's Restaurant! Awesome cinnamon swirl french toast and blueberry pancakes to die for! Bagel egg sandwich wasn't too bad either as well as the hash browns! All around experience was very positive! Thank you!

Always a pleasure flying into TVC. Came in on a PA-28 from Holland, MI on a commercial rating time building trip. Harbour Air is great. My friends and I were treated like we just rolled up in a G-V. Took us via Golf cart to the FBO. Set us up with a crew car for about 3 hours. Service was top notch. Nice town as well. Highly recommend a stop at this Northern Michigan field!

Was in TC to visit relatives and it coincided with Cherry Festival. Everyone at Harbour Air was extremely busy (Blue Angels, other air show performers, fuel orders, busy ramp) but I still received exemplary service. This is a well-managed, great staff FBO, an example of how attention to all customers earns repeat business.

Flew in for Cherryfest and was greeted by GREAT and FRIENDLY controllers. Linemen were great! They brought the rental car right to the plane. I felt like I get red carpet service. I'm looking forward to next year!

Stopped in for an overnight, called ahead to rent a car with Harbour Air, the car was waiting for us and the line crew was very helpful and polite. This is a must stop, the Leland area north of TVC is great wine country and the people are friendly. Great job guys, I will be back.

WOW! An Exceptional experience! We stopped at TVC for a quick break on our way home. The "Lineman" (like much of the staff he was a 300+ hour pilot with multiple certificates and was associated with the local flight school) noted an oil leak while refueling our plane, which we might not have noticed on our way back out to the plane. We were faced with a difficult "No Go" decision in the face of get-home-itis, but the staff provided outstanding hospitality that made it easy to make the right decision to stay: They called an on-call mechanic, helped after hours to find us a hotel, food, and provided us a courtesy car. This was well-beyond customer service- this was aviation-community hospitality. Keep it up Harbour Air!

Return to Traverse City again today (first time this year) and the guys at Harbour Air were great! Met us at the plane, shuttled us back and forth, helped with a screwed up rental car reservation (not Harbour's fault)... All round a good crew and willing to help in any way they can.

Flew into TVC this afternoon for lunch and parked at Harbor Air. They met us at the aircraft and provided us with a courtesy car to go into town for lunch. Topped off the tanks. Refused payment for gas in the car. Very comfortable FBO with all amenities. Top service. Highly recommend them and would go back.

Had a great experience at Harbor Air! Met me at the plane with the courtesy car, took care of my plane while I went into town, and then refused money for courtesy car gas when I left! Friendly, helpful staff. I recommend this FBO to anyone!

The staff at Harbour Air is terrific! Joe and Brad helped me with a car rental mess through Budget. They were helpful, polite, and they had great attitudes! Joe went above a beyond helping me with the car. Harbour Air is the place to go!

Very nice FBO. Line men very courteous and helpful. Enterprise will not leave cars there, you have to be picked up and taken around the field to the terminal bldg to process. $5 tie down fee per night.

Harbour Air rocks! They are fast, friendly, efficient, AND reasonably priced. One of the best FBO experiences I've had. They even pick you up at your parked plane in a golf cart and transport you to the FBO office.

First class experience! Met promptly, arranged tie-down, transportation (cart ride to and from aircraft), fuel was moderate and line crew and office folks were "out-of-their way" helpful and accommodating to my "first time flying" relatives. The family was shocked with the difference between flying commercial and GA; this FBO was a major positive factor. Jacob and John arranged for a plane wash at a modest fee. With this level of service/expense I will always use Harbour Air.

These guys do it right. We had pre-arranged a rental at AVIS (at the advice of Harbour Air, since they said Enterprise will no longer deliver to the FBO). About 20min out of TVC we called Harbour UNICOM and told them when we'd be on the ground. By the time we turned into the parking area the ground crew was there to direct us to the tie down, and our car was ready and waiting. A quick unload with help from the crew and we were on our way in 10 minutes. Service was just as good on the departure end. Settled the bill, drove the car to the aircraft, loaded up, handed the car keys to the crew and we were on our way. I HIGHLY recommended Harbour if you're headed to TVC.

Landed at KTVC unannounced, and was met immediately on the ramp by a friendly line worker that quickly chocked the wheels, and tied the aircraft down. Since we hadn't called ahead for a rental, he offered us a pop-up rental that was at the FBO. We were on our way in a hurry! Great service, and great people. We'll be back this summer!

On March 24, 2007 I flew to KTVC on business for 2 days and left a fuel order to top off my outboard tanks. Just before heading back to the airport on March 26 I received a call from Harbour Air apologizing for mistakenly filling all 4 tanks. I told them I would be well under gross weight and not to worry, but When I arrived to settle the bill the manager would not allow me to pay even a discounted rate for the extra 40 gallons placed in the mains, although I was certainly willing to do so. FBOs with this level of customer service can count on repeat business from me. Based on this experience, I would unhesitatingly recommend Harbour Air to other pilots.

Stopped in during February. COLD. Line service was out to park us and help unload. Enterprise rental car was waiting on the ramp. Price of gas was not too bad. Very friendly. Good service.

Was in twice in 3 days in a Citation XLS ... Excellent line service and nice clean FBO. I recommend this FBO to anyone visiting the Cherry Capital.
