Excellent service as always. Called at 5am thinking I'll leave a message with answering service, instead Nick actually answered the phone. Plane was pulled from hangar, fueled and ready for my departure at 7am sharp when I arrived. These folks work hard with only goal to please the customer no matter what they are flying..!!

Folks... Like a few others have said...This FBO should be the Benchmark for customer service. From line guys to the General Manager Cathy are all so eager to please and treat you like a royalty. I just arrived today on 7/31/2012 in my little Arrow II and I was welcomed with a Red carpet rolled out to my plane. Cathy herself gave me a ride to my hotel 20mins away because taxi would have taken longer just to pick me up at the airport. Please make this your stop next time you're in the Portland area, you will love it..!!

Spent a couple of weeks here in June. Had my rental car ready as requested and made me a good deal on a hangar. Plane was pulled and fueled when I requested. I have always been treated well at Aurora Jet and it is one of my favorite FBO's. By the way, I hope they finally found the rental car keys.

I flew into Aurora State a few months back for a quick weekend visit. Needing to park my plane overnight, I decided to use the Aurora Jet Center. I had called the morning of to confirm they had tie-downs available, and they said they did. After arriving later that afternoon, imagine my surprise when the only usable parking they had lacked tie-downs. As I explained to the lineman that my flight schools policy requires tie-downs, he grudgingly told me I'd have to move my plane away from the "middle of the ramp" so he could bring out tire anchors (that "middle of the ramp" being where they had originally told me to park). The same lineman was working the next morning, and appeared almost annoyed when I asked him to refuel my aircraft. His overall attitude was unfriendly, unhelpful and unaccommodating. Stopped in on 1/29/12 for several days. Weather was MISERABLE but the rental car was quickly parked by the plane and the plane hangared immediately. Gave me a great deal on a hangar for a week. Always a pleasant stop for us.

Every time we arrive at this FBO the rental is waiting, the coffee is hot and the cookies are fresh. This FBO should be held up as an example of how and FBO should be run. They provide and I have seen the same service no matter the size of your aircraft.

Into this facility on Tuesday in our companies King Air 200. Great service. PAX car was planeside, and someone standing by to do requested O2 service. Wasn't charged for O2 after Tech noticed a leak in filler valve. Any other place would have charged no matter what. Nice facility, great service and good fuel prices. Great alternative to PDX!!!!!

I recently visited the Portland and needed a place to park my 172 for a long weekend. The staff at Aurora Jet Center was super friendly and helped arrange a rental car pick up & drop off -- hassle free. I arrived after closing and found my rental waiting for me as promised. The fresh cookies were a great treat, too! Highly recommended; I'll be back next time I travel to the Portland area.

Flew in to visit with Vans Aircraft, which is directly behind the Jet Center. Friendly service and staff, filled oxygen bottle ($29) used the self-serve pump and snagged some free bottled water.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe he helpful, friendly service we received at Aurora Jet Center. Who would think that such exceptional service would happen over the Fourth of July weekend, when most businesses are either closed or staffed with a skeleton crew.
