Flew in for a hockey game in windy & very cold conditions. The line crew topped me off quickly and parked us so that we could plug in the tannis heater. Great service with very nice facilities. We will most certainly be back anytime we need to be on the Northeast side of the City. THANKS!

Great stop! Was fueled as requested, courtesy car available. Big, wide open ramp with plenty of tie downs, clean facility! Helpful desk staff! A+!

I called ahead to these guys to inquire about fuel pricing, mins to waive the ramp, etc before arrival. Told line guy the order upon arriving and his response was that they don't like to fuel in the rain. It was a light drizzle! No thunderstorms, a light drizzle! This is the poorest excuse to not be in the rain I have heard. This was not my choice to come here and more the passenger. You are better off to suck up the higher cost of fuel and go to IND! Next time I won't buy any Jet fuel, if there is a next time!

Been a frequent user of this airport for many years and have always had fine service. Recent change in ownership seems to be in mid-transition and I have every expectation that the service will be as good as ever. Friendly staff, eager to please and fair prices. We keep coming back.

Landed for fuel and overnight on the way home from Airventure 2011 in a Cessna Skymaster. No one greeted the plane and there is no visible logic to their parking structure so after we shutdown in front of the FBO we had to push the plane into a tie down ourselves (PITA). There were lots of personnel inside the FBO watching the TV... Yet I felt as though I had to interrupt in order to place a fuel order. After leaving specific fuel instructions the next morning I had to have them defuel my aux tanks and top off my mains... What a pain! The morning crew however, was great and instantly was out correcting the evening crews mistakes, apologizing profusely the whole time. They also got their GM on the phone and he refunded me almost twice the fuel they had to defuel. All in all a rather disappointing stop. Could be a great little airport with a bit more effort. I will be back.
