Friendly capable staff. Very helpful. Excellent facility with great restaurant. Worth the visit.

Self-serve fuel was out of service, but I happened to arrive during normal business hours. They fueled me out of the truck and sold it to me for the cheaper rate. I did call ahead and they were quite accommodating for a 4-day tie down. No fees! Note that the ramp shape is a little odd. Suggest users unfamiliar with the field to check it out on Google Earth prior to venturing at night. The north ramp does not directly connect with the north end of the runway. We arrived during the day, and didn't have a problem. The ramp area taxiways are adequate for the average single, but could prove to be a tight squeeze in several spots.

Not a bad airport and FBO. Fuel prices very reasonable. Only thing I wish is that we could just park our plane at a tie-down on the airport and have it stay at the same tie-down. Seems they always have to move our plane around to somewhere different after we park. We started going to KROG and Beaver Lake Aviation so that we could put our plane in hangar overnight.

A previous comment about the lack of taxiways and close quarters on the ramp are 100% correct. I arrived on Sept 18, 2017 to visit family on my way to the American Bonanza Society convention at Wichita, KS. I taxied in and parked facing East in front of the maintenance hangar north of the office. I asked where I should go for tiedown a couple nights. I was informed that my airplane would be towed to the tiedown area, which is farther North. Before our airplane was towed to the tiedown, a high wing airplane taxiing behind our airplane and struck the tip of the left ruddervator of our Bonanza. I didn't notice it, as I should have on preflight, but noticed the ball of the Turn and Bank indicator out of the center in cruise flight. When I landed, inspection of the ruddervator revealed the damage. The ruddervators on a V Tail Bonanza are very sensitive and critical. The damage requires the Ruddervator to be reskinned at a cost of $12, 500!! Service was good, but due to the damage, One Star.

We flew in to visit Crystal Bridges Museum and Bentonville and had a wonderful stay at Summit. Will and Kassandra were very cordial and helpful and offered a crew car, which we accepted, and local knowledge. Fuel prices were very competitive. We flew a Piper Meridian and this busy airport is a little cramped for space (no taxiways and narrow ramp) but we will come back on our next visit because of Summit.

We overnighted at Bentonville last night and were treated like royalty. We were met when we taxied off the runway, tied down overnight without charge, given use of the courtesy truck overnight, and could have had the plane pulled up just for the asking. And fuel prices are low. Excellent in every way.

Excellent experience. Will works during the week and we could not have found a better line person, coordinator and enthusiastic person to meet us. I read a good review about Will prior to our flight to Bentonville, all good and all true. He was so helpful with obtaining and returning our Enterprise rental car. Other folks at KBVT were helpful also.

The service here was second to none. We stopped in for the day so that we could visit the Crystal Bridges Museum. Will was fantastic and had everything ready to go when we arrived. He even had the car pulled up with the engine running! Fuel prices were very, very reasonable. I highly recommend Summit Aviation.

Thank you to Will and his team for their excellent service over the years. I don't fly to Bentonville as often as I used to but the service is second to none. How many FBO's will put your airplane in a hangar when they see weather coming, without you prompting them and not charge you for it. They take care of planes like they are their own. How about fill you up at self-service price when you are in a hurry to leave and don't have the time to taxi over to the self-service pump? Or when you ask for a hangar and they are full they find a private tenant with an empty hangar and ask him? Or the latest when I loaded the plane and was getting ready to drive the rental car back to Enterprise, Will said he would take care of it. I can't count the times that Will and the entire team at Summit have went above and beyond to take care of me.
