Top notch service from their team of knowledgeable mechanics. I arrived late on a Friday night having a rough running engine, which required me to declare an emergency in the clouds on the way in. Portland's approach controllers were great at getting me on the ground, and Bill and Roy's team was great at getting me back in the air first thing Monday morning. Plus there is a wonderful museum on what is one of the most picturesque airfields on the west coast. And where else will you get to swoop below and very-closely next to the towers of a drawbridge on short final (to runway 8). It's like bush flying into an Idaho airport!

A full service FBO and a short walk to a very interesting Restaurant. Search online "The Grant House" on Officers Row for hours. Cross the drill field in front of the Air Museum and walk toward the landmark Gazebo to find the Restaurant. Also click "Happenings" to see their lunch specials and dinner events. A great fly in destination.
