Good food, friendly staff, but the service can be slow, and when it is, the food can arrive cold. Very nice location, and always open!

Nancy's is my all-time favorite airport greasy spoon. Like others, I've flown 250 nm roundtrip from my home airport, just for the pie. Friendly service, huge portions, and enough fried greasy goodness to require a weight&balance calculation. We stop by about 5 times a year. Long may the tradition continue!

My experience with Nancy's, at Willows airport has always been very good, on 7-20-2010 a group of about 35 people from Napa, Ca. Flew up for dinner, food was great, service was excellent, price very reasonable. Thanks to all at Nancy’s for an enjoyable dinner.

Ryan, Brad and I made a midnight run from KPVF for pie and we were not disappointed. Pie was awesome as always and the extra bonus was the summer special. Buy one, get one free! Yes, we had six slices on the table at once ;-). Thanks to Dedra for putting up with us 20min before closing...I hadn't realized Nancy's was no longer 24/7...She was great!

Food quality has definitely gone downhill in the last several months. Food served cold, orders incorrect, wilted and over ripe vegetables, hit & miss service. Next time I come to Willows I will be taking the 5 minute walk to town and choosing one of several other restaurants.
