Stopped in today on a charter and was treated to a first class experience. Crew car, good mom and pop breakfast recommendation, fair fuel price and friendly staff. Bring a little bit of spare cash and purchase a Razorback head. Soo Pig.

Called ahead several months ago to negotiate reasonable fuel price, they honored price on visit in Dec, when I returned in Jan 2011 they refused to honor the agreed upon discount per gallon. Talked to manager and he was of no help, asked to talk to owner and they refused claiming he was retired and living somewhere sunny. There are far better options at far lower prices to stop to refuel. I just found one at $3.39 per gallon and they are AIR BP (excellent quality). Used AirNav’s fuel trip planning/find cheaper route to save money! Paying $5 per gallon range for fuel in the middle of nowhere AR is absurd and I will never visit again or stop to refuel there!Response from Tim Thompson, Regional Jet Center
Mr. Gorsek was given an introductory price to try our services. On following visits he tried to hold us to the introductory price. We pride ourselves in excellent service and an outstanding facility. Our fuel prices are in line with other FBO's in our area, our level of service is exemplary, and our facility is five star.

Beautiful facilities and wonderful, friendly staff. Only bought 25 gal. Of 100LL and we were treated like royalty.

I recently was stranded at the Jet Center when weather unexpectedly moved into the area. The customer service was nothing short of superb! They moved my RV into the hangar and provided me use of a courtesy car to get meals. When I still couldn't get out until the next morning they even provided me with a sleep room and all the comforts of home. I will definitely be back! There are cheaper places to get gas, but you won't get this kind of service and amenities. Thanks to the whole Jet Center team!

I had a few freight flights through XNA last year and I hope I can make it back there some time. I've been to more than 100 FBO's in the last 3 years and this is one of the nicest facilities I've seen. They even had some free food. The guy on the forklift did a good job for me and the guy on the deicing truck was a sharpshooter. I've never seen a guy deice an entire Shorts with less glycol. There wasn't a single drop off target. It was impressive to watch such precision. I've been disappointed by all my subsequent deicing experiences at other airports.

We have come in twice in the 182 just for the fun of it and UNO's pizza. Line and desk crews were extremely friendly and a nice (non ex cop car) crew car available for use. Great place to come.... They need the AirBoss program though.
