Sky Bright and FBO Mgr. Lee Avery consistently provide great service! I've been coming up to LCI occasionally for years and even on short notice, Lee takes care of business for us. Biz-jets and small singles get the same attention to detail! Thanks Lee.

Flew in on 7/2/2011 in a C172. Was met on the Unicom frequency by Lee of Sky Bright Aviation. From initial contact, to the conclusion of our trip, Lee was the consummate professional, and his pride in his job, and love for aviation, was easy to discern. We had full tanks when we landed so we did not require fuel. There was some high-end corporate traffic on the ramp, yet we were treated like VIPs and even given the "crew car" for a nice brunch outing as well as to explore the lakes region for as long as we wanted. Despite having spent $0.00 with this FBO, they treated my wife and I like we arrived on a G5. This will be the only FBO I visit at LCI. World-class customer service lives folks! I had never been to this airport/FBO before, nor do I know anyone that works here. Thank you Lee!

Last week, I used Sky Bright for the second time this summer. Both times, we spent the weekend with friends and tied down at this FBO. The service was excellent and accommodates my wishes to be tied down between sight seeing flights and during the night. They are very friendly. The fuel price is higher than I usually pay but this must be the area.

Flew in today with two buddies in a 172 and were treated great, even though a Citation had just taxied in to their ramp as well. The person at the counter gave us the keys to his personal car for lunch on the lake. Great service, great people...The way aviation should be. Will be coming back for sure!

I fly into KLCI only once or twice each year, but without fail I get the best service from Lee that I could ever want. Hangar the plane? No problem. Rental car? No problem. Drop off the rental car in New York? No problem. Good place to stay? No problem. Mechanic needed? No problem. If only every FBO that I fly into would have a "Lee" around to organize a pilot's arrival, stay and departure! It's a pleasure to give him my business and get such great response in return.

I flew in to Laconia to spend the day at the Lake, and had reserved a car through AVIS. Upon my initial position report on the CTAF, Lee from Sky Bright came on and gave me my parking location and advised that my rental would be on the ramp upon my arrival. I was met by Mike who delivered the rental right to my parking spot and checked to see if I needed anything. Upon departure, the car return process was simple and quick. Their service was excellent! Even though I was there on one of their busiest days of the year (NASCAR Race at Loudon), I was given first class treatment.

Landed here because our destination further north (Errol, NH) has no instrument approach & we would have needed one to get in. Decided to go for lunch on the lake. FBO was extremely accommodating, gave us keys to a minivan & directions to a fine restaurant with a great view. Since no fuel was purchased, there was no charge whatsoever, though I would have been glad to pay one for such friendly service.

I had to leave an airplane in SkyBright's care for a couple of weeks. Lee runs a great operation, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his help and support.
