Decent service. Plane was fueled as requested. Facilities were locked so can't comment on that. $10/night is out of line? I guess someone always wants something for nothing. The two car dealers in town offer rental cars and will come pick you up

My friend and I flew in for lunch. Before we had the airplane shut down, the Airport Manager, Ted Swendra, was there to greet us. He asked what are intentions were. We said we wanted to have lunch at the Indian Casino. He drove us there and had us call him when we were ready for pick up. That type of service is hard to beat.

I've got to agree with Ken Nebrig. I was greeted, not with a welcome, but with the same attitude "ya wanna pay your tiedown now or later" followed by "I didn't hear you call in" with portable radio held up. Here's a heads up: If your going to stay longer then 5 days, pay the monthly tie down fee of $54.00 $10 bucks a night is out of line.

Flew in for a 4 night stay over Memorial Day weekend. Lineman waved me into a parking spot and took my fuel request right after shutdown. Paid fuel and parking fees up front, while it was a little odd to pay in advance for parking it wasn't a big deal. Really nice people there to help you out. The pilot’s lounge had water and coffee and a little computer set up for checking weather. Fuel prices seemed to be on par with other airports in the region. If Parker were your destination I'd recommend P20, nice folks and decent service.

I always like to try to give smaller airports the business, but in this case it is really not worth the effort. The airport and FBO are operated by the Colorado River Indian Tribe (Government) and it sure shows! Upon landing the line persons first statement was "ya' wanna pay your ramp fees now or later"? This set the tone for the entire visit. The flight planning/terminal area is usually closed & not available, tiedown is $10 per night & is NOT waived in any form for fuel purchase, and fuel is 71 cents per gallon more than at Lake Havasu (KHII). No courtesy cars, rental car availability is really sketchy & customer service from the tribal FBO employees is practically nil. Do yourself a favor and fly 12 minutes north and take advantage of excellent facilities, intense private sector competition, great service and much lower prices in HII. Overfly P20 if you can...You will be glad you did.

Nice cool pilot lounge. As stated prior they don't open till 8am so for early departure be sure to get any needed fuel the day before. New cab company in town AZ roadrunner shuttle 928-255-8340, low cost and nice folks. The casino shuttle doesn’t run early am either so they are a good option.

Very good, friendly service here. BTW, they do have an AWOS which may not be published yet in the airport guide you use: 132.75 (928-669-2160); it's on the Jepp approach chart, however. Attendant arranged for fuel on the Unicom before we even landed (still, full serve only). Discount for cash or Chevron. Immediately came right out to our airplane to greet us. Blue Water Hotel & Casino will send out a free van, and take you back too (ask for Larry--very helpful and friendly). Very nice, well equipped pilot lounge. Blue Water is a good jumping off point for the river, swimming, boating and so on. They even have a good movie theater there, with all the latest.

The fuel price posted is CASH (green dollars). If you use a credit card expect to pay over $4.60 a gallon plus an Indian reservation tax.

Flew into this nice airport. Runway is brand new and long. Word of advice to those of us like leaving early. The gas pumps are NOT self serve! Get gas when you land so you'll be ready to go the next time out. Left at 6am this morning and the FBO doesn't open up till 8:00. Otherwise, it’s a great getaway to go to Bluewater Casino.
