Nov 7, 2009 we flew into X51 for the Homestead AFRB Air Show. We parked at Homestead Executive Jet Center and could not have been received any better than the management and staff greeted us. They provided courtesy transport to the Air Show. They offered coffee, donuts, water, hot dogs, etc. THEY HAVE TOLD US THEY HOST BREAKFASTS ON SOME SATURDAYS AND IT IS A FREE EVENT. Homestead Executive Jet Center is truly working to make your visit the most pleasant experience.

I recently needed to stop for fuel on my way down to Key West. I'm really glad I stopped and used the services of Homestead Executive Jet Center; they were nice, very helpful and also extremely professional. I will stop there from now on when going to Key West to top off my tanks. I would recommend this FBO to everyone. I had several special requests they were very happy to accommodate.

Flew in for weekend lobstering in Key Largo August 7-9. Jorge and Nelsy were extremely nice and helpful. Airport is well situated for upper Keys. Despite buying 30g of fuel, one night's tie-down wasn't waived as advertised. We also found the fueler had left a gas cap off! Although we had called in advance to notify of a Friday 7-8pm arrival, rental car, and 5pm Sunday departure, the airport closed at 3pm requiring multiple Saturday phone calls to arrange after-hours access. So the fee explanation became for "after-hours" despite the tip we provided on arrival Friday night. So, in summary, really nice folks, but watch out for limited/changing hours and additional fees. Watch those fuel caps; we were lucky we avoided contamination with PM rain.

I flew in to wait out some weather over the Keys. I called for fuel over the FBO Frequency and Rick had the fuel truck moving before I got into the chocks. When I went into the FBO to pay up, a really nice young lady whose name is Nelsy met me. Nelsy was very helpful and efficient. I hope that she is here when you stop by. Delightful! So, I am sitting in the pilots’ lounge watching TV, watching the Weather, and watching my airplane, which is right outside the window. Oh, and the air conditioning is really nice! It gets hot in Florida in July. This is a good airport and FBO to divert to. Easy to get in under the Class B as well.

Great FBO! Called 3 hrs before arriving. They arranged rental car and had it waiting and beside aircraft prior to shutdown. Good price on Jet A. Easy to use runways and taxiways. Highly recommended FBO and airport.

Very nice fuel stop, cold water as I opened the door, friendly and quick fueling us for our remaining flight to Key West. Nice shaded hut outside with TV and grills to relax. Very nice stop

Clean facility, computer access, Self Serve as advertised. We called ahead for a late check in. George was very friendly and gave us the codes to get in the pilot room and even left us a pot of coffee.... Thanks George you're a lifesaver. I would recommend this FBO.

Made fuel stop at HEJC after hours on a Holiday weekend. The use of the Self-serve 100LL pump was easy and clean equipment. Pilot wx station and Rest rooms were clean and user friendly with special door code to get in after hours. Good fuel price in the MIA area, it is well out of the way of traffic and easy in and out. Great fuel stop and break area of longer flights in the south Florida area. Tanker fuel in and out of x51 to the Keys is a must. Fuel prices in the Keys are 2x what you pay at HEJC. Nice out door rest area with TV and comfortable seating. Fly safe and enjoy your next flight

I decided to stop at X51 rather than go to Marathon and I am very glad I did. Called ahead before I left Fernandina 55J. Landed and they had the rental car waiting for me at my tie down spot. The service is first class. The fuel prices are VERY good $2 less a gallon. Other than having a good view flying over the keys, I definitely will be stopping at Homestead Executive Jet again. They also honor AirBoss, which is a bonus! See ya next time.

I am impressed with the great hospitality I am receiving at the Homestead Executive Jet Center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The comfortable lounge with TV and computer is great. It's a very welcoming place. Very highly recommended.

Our arrival to Homestead was delayed by bad weather in the Northeast, causing us to arrive after 10pm. Alfredo and his daughter Nelsy both came back to open the FBO to park us and provide us with our rental car. I was thoroughly impressed with their dedication to customer service. Alfredo is a pilot himself with a beautiful Cessna, and loves to talk about airplanes. I will definitely use HEJC again when in the area.

Flew into Homestead yesterday with my dad for a bite to eat. As soon as I taxied in I was met by Adam in a golf cart which he led me to a parking spot. Once out of the plane he greeted us and gave us a ride to the FBO. He generously offered us a rental car as a courtesy so we could go grab a bite to eat. Fantastic! The girls behind the counter inside were very friendly and set us up with the car in no time. The best service I've ever experienced at an FBO. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I can't tell you how nice Alfredo, the manager, was to us when we had a mechanical problem in our plane. He flew his own plane on his own dime to Tamiami to pick us up when we couldn't make it back. The people there are always friendly and always aim to please. Thanks again to HEJC!

Low fuel prices and great people! Nelsy from the front office was very efficient and friendly. She called ahead to confirm the details of my arrival. Adam, the GM, greeted me at my plane and personally apologized that the rental car had not arrived yet. I only had to wait 15-20 minutes for it, but Adam went beyond great service to make up for it (and even offered me an ice cold Corona.) These folks care! Thank you.

Outstanding Service! I got there at almost closing time and the attendant met me with a smile and the keys to my rental car. He beat me to the office and cold water bottles were waiting in the counter for the family and I. He took care of everything, including securing the airplane and I was on my way without delay. Upon my return the guys were happy to welcome me back. I drove the car to the airplane where they quickly proceeded to untie my airplane and drive the rental back, no hassles. These guys are pilots too and the discussion quickly led to departure procedures and frequencies needed. Overall an outstanding experience, I cannot wait to come back and enjoy their outdoor bbq and tropical lounging area.

I fly 200-300 general aviation hours a year to FBOs across the country but I have never received as high a level of customer service as I did today at Homestead Executive Jet Center. Nelsie at the front desk negotiated a rate on a rental car, General Manager Adam Cartwright personally directed me to self-serve pumps on the ramp, and Owner/Partner Jim Starkweather brought bottles of water out to the aircraft. There was even red carpet on the ramp leading to the aircraft--and all this service was for my puny little SR-22 not a $20 million private jet. Five stars for Homestead Executive Jet Center.

This was the best, hands-down, experience we've had at an FBO since we've been flying. Alfredo Cordero & Adam Cartwright were GREAT to us! The BIG tiki-hut is great to! We were offered a drink, which we accepted. I was blown away! We stayed and hung out for a while and also talked with some other pilots that were there. Then we found out Enterprise rental car did not have a car there like they promised they would from the local location. SO, HEJC gave us one of their Enterprise rentals and upgraded us to the nice, big, KIA Sonata for the same price. When we returned after our long week of SCUBA diving and R&R, the plane was full and everything taken care of. The tie down fees were better than advertised and the fuel was the cheapest I paid yet. Thanks for the AWESOME hospitality guys!! WE WILL BE BACK!! Oh, and the fresh avocado's and squash were awesome! We had to freeze some of the squash...Since you gave us so much. Love you guys and can't wait to come back!

The staff and facilities HEJC are top notch; fuel prices, support and atmosphere are a breath of fresh air. I have been flying in the charter industry for more than ten years and I have to say this is one of the best FBOs I have ever used. If you are looking for an FBO in Southern Florida I would highly recommend HEJC.

I've flown to Homestead General for the NASCAR races for the past 4 or 5 years. This new FBO on the west side of the field, HEJC went absolutely over the top making sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Nelsie, Jim, Alfredo and the line guys are the best. I've been to a lot of airports. This is my new favorite FBO. Thanks to Alfredo for the bags of avocados and beans and to everyone there for the warm hospitality!

The staff at HEJC are happy to serve the customer and are always working hard at doing so. We've stopped in twice now to check out the glider operations on the field and the folks at HEJC showed us around their facility, treated us to grilled hot dogs and chicken and made sure we knew about upcoming events at the airport. Very nice, new facilities and GA friendly atmosphere.

We visited HEJC for the second fly in they have hosted in the past two months. What a job they do! The pancake breakfast was excellent (no charge), the fuel prices were reduced to accommodate fly-in's, and the people in charge are outstanding. Next week they are hosting a young eagles flight gathering, you can bet we'll be there.

I have been here twice while racing at Homestead. There are a lot of nice FBO people in America but these folks are above and beyond. The last time I was here I couldn't leave because of weather and they called me on my cell to make sure I had gotten a room for the night at a good place and picked me up the next morning! Was heading to Key West and stopped over at Homestead General. Minute after landing we had a warm welcome from the staff and felt right at home. They offered us food and drinks and gave us tips and really helpful information that would make our journey to the Keys better. It had a family vibe to the place I.E pilots looking after pilots and every FBO should be like this one. Also they stayed open and extra hour so we can fuel up as we came back late from the Keys...I recommend any one to come to this FBO to make there flight so much better...I 100% recommend student pilots to make a trip here as it gives you a challenge to find the airport but also when you land they welcome you with open arms...I hope this family vibe to this FBO doesn’t change in the future because that what makes it so special..... Thanks again!!!!

I stopped in for two nights the third week of March. I was unaware then about the Executive Jet Center. Made arrangements with Roberts Air for a rental car. Got the car OK, but Roberts had no tie down spots. The folks down at the new Executive Jet Center promptly provided a spot, helped us tie down the airplane and carted our luggage for us. They always keep a rental car on sight. Much cheaper than MIA or FXE and close to the Keys. They refuel you from the truck the same price as self serve at the other end of the field. Definitely give them a try.

Great FBO, fast and convinient. Very professional staff with a fun attitude. A trully stress free enviroment. Full service at self-service prices. Rental car was ready to go on arrival.
