Of course, nobody wants to pay just to park for a little, but sometimes you do get great value for this. Atlantic at Eugene is an example of this. The parking cost (or min fuel purchase) gets you an awesome facility to stretch out, snack, and get access to the commercial airport (and restaurant). The staff was fantastic, which matters A LOT since we travel with small kids. We were treated as well as the guys getting into a jet who spent much more money than we did. Overall, if going to Eugene, don't fear the fancy FBO. Bonus $.02 worth: I did call a day before and knew the prices. Always do this for any place without obvious transient parking.
